Tab Stop Position: Tab Stop Position setting determines where the cursor would stop when Tab key is pressed.  Default Tab stop position is 0.5 inch (8 characters).  We can change Tab stop position according to our requirement.  Tab Stop setting applies to

Using Tab Settings:

1. Change view of the page so that all margins are visible. Be in Text object editing mode.
2. Type menuàIndents/Tabs (or) Ctrl+I
3. Indents/Tabs Ruler appears
4. Drag it to align to left and right margins of the page (or) use arrow buttons at both side of the indents/ruler.
5. Click on the ruler to set tab stop and select its alignment style
6. Repeat step 5 for other tab stop positions
7. Leader is the symbol to be filled after a tab stop until next tab stop
8. Click Reset to remove all tab stop settings
