Frames: Frames acts like containers for text or pictures.  Frames can be in any basic shape.  Frames can have outline and fill colors.  All the properties of basic shapes can be applied to frames.

To insert text into frame click inside frame with type tool

Inserting image into frame :

1. select the frame
2. file menuàPlace (ctrl+D)
3. Select the picture
4. Check “within frame” option

Changing Frame options: (do any one of the following)

1. double click on any frame tools
2. ElementàFrameàframe options
3. Alt+Ctrl+F

Options in Frame options in Dialog box:

1. Content position
   1. Horizontal/Vertical position: To specify Horizontal or vertical position of content
   2. Clip content to fit frame: Content to be clipped based on frame size
   3. Size frame to fit content: Frame to be resized based on content
   4. Scale content to fit frame: Content to be resized based on frame

1. Maintain aspect ratio: while resizing content, maintain original ratio of width and height

1. Inset: to specify indentation for content.  Type four values for rectangle like shape and type one value for oval shape
